[DCRM-L] Subdividing Genre Terms

Yes, our records use 752 for place of publication (or production, in the
case of manuscripts, drawings, etc.). Fully-cataloged records go to the
city level. Preliminary records are periodically batch-updated to pull the
place from the 008 (where "periodically" currently means "once in a blue
moon").
