Please excuse cross postings.

The Core Subject Analysis Committee (SAC) has scheduled its midwinter meetings to be conducted virtually via Zoom on January 20 and 21 from 3:00-5:00 p.m. EST. You can register at the links below for one day or both days. Please note registration is required to get the link for each day's meeting.

January 20th : https://ala-events.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJYtdu2prjMoGta7VE9IZH8NFdIup_d-c5iG

January 21st : https://ala-events.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJYtf-qvrDovG9Ujf1LKOJ2O3AJvbu8IYo5x

In addition, SAC is pleased to announce Core has created a public space for us to upload meeting documents such as agendas and liaison reports. The documents for each meeting will be placed in the Library so they will always be available to anyone and all the content in the public group is viewable with no login needed. Use the following link and look for the "LIBRARY" tab to download the meeting documents:

If you would like to interact more with other people interested in the work of the committee, you can login and join the community as a member (click "JOIN COMMUNITY" button above the group's name after you have logged in). If you join the community, you will get email notifications for new discussion posts and you will be able to reply or start a new discussion. Anyone with an ALA account can join and if you are not an ALA member, you can still create a free ALA account<https://urldefense.com/v3/__https:/www.ala.org/Template.cfm?Section=login&template=*CustomSource*register*register.cfm__;Ly8v!!KGKeukY!nfZwtCjfnzu58s4AWPAH8HpLT5NRPBB8DX8bhkvDmaZov1INlEs-yQN6Ml8B3meQ$>. SAC members may monitor and/or post to this discussion board but these posts should not be construed as SAC official positions or responses. We envision the board to be used much like the AUTOCAT or MLA listservs where you can ask for help or advice and discuss prevalent issues with like-minded library professionals.

Thank you for your interest in the work of the Core Subject Analysis Committee!
