You were very helpful.
Yes, I ended up adding to the OCLC record:
300 ... + $e drypoint plate leaf
500 1 drypoint plate leaf (numbered edition of 250) (17 x 23 cm) n folder
inside back cover.
And then in my local Alma holdings, I added the local note:
590 "175/250" -- numbered drypoint in folder inside back cover.
