[DCRM-L] [External] ESTC access?

Hi Nina,

I was having a lot of trouble yesterday! I received a 403 one attempt, and when I finally got through each page was taking 1-2 minutes to load (early 2000s internet flashback). Now today I'm getting a timeout page. Definitely freaking me out a lot in our post-BL hack world...

Fingers crossed it will be up and running again soon.
