[DCRM-L] ESTC access?

This was just posted on ExLibris, in case anyone here isn’t on that list:

FYI --   Posted on Facebook within the last hour regarding the CERL
websites  /  From Marian Lefferts  >> CERL has received reports that all
websites in the  www.cerl.org domain (e.g. ESTC, MEI, ISTC and our website)
are currently inaccessible to colleagues in the USA (only - which is weird).
We are looking into it, but I cannot tell you yet when we will be back. I will
keep you posted <<
