This month’s topic WorldCat knowledge base (KB) and managing e-resource collections will help you to keep the ghosts of broken links and discontinued collections away from your library. Learn how to automate workflows with autofeeds and KB sync while preserving record customizations. Following KB best practices can keep your workflows from turning into a horror story.
