[DCRM-L] Vocabulary question: Leaves or Folios/Pages/Spreads for Ledger

I'd go with "leaves" and make a note explaining that the verso of each leaf
bears the number of the following leaf such that a double-page spread shows
a single-numbered opening.

As for justifying "leaves" over "pages", the answer to that is that there
are 314 physical leaves and the number "314" appears on the recto of the
last one, not the number "627".
