One point about 5B2:
	I think I understand the point about recording bibliographic
rather than physical units, although I find "271 v." in the physical
description of a serial that existed for less than 3 years a bit odd. The
exception made for reprints makes sense, but why for collectd and
cumulated serials. In some instances would these not vary in extent
according to what printers and booksellers had on hand?  Since the point
of cumulated (at least) and perhaps collected volumes seems to be the
"construction" of the volumes as such, would the deducible fact be
that of the bibliographic extent rather than the physical extent?  Or have
I completely misunderstood (which is entirely possible) things?
