with comments, questions.

Can we address the Roman numerals question for all formats?
Glossary--Do the definitions make sense?  Are there other words to be added?
Appendix--Do we need a section, as in dcrb, on added entries?  Are there other
sections we need?
Do we need more examples in any area?
General comments?  Questions?
