Spoke too soon about Eileen's request to add a footnote to 0G8.2. I
thought it was mandatory to make title added access to words expanded
from contractions, and if it were up to me it would be mandatory, but
it's not and it's not. D.

 

 


0G8.2: Should there be a footnote about providing additional title
access if this occurs within the first five words and the marks of
contraction can be reproduced, similar to footnotes 4-10?[DJL]  Yes,
there should; this is a situation where it's mandatory.
