            There is no footnote 1

 

--0G2. Capitalization and conversion of case:

            This heading should be in boldface

 

0G8.2, 4th line: "Make an explanatory note, if considered important (see
7B4)."

            The relevant, specific rule is 7B4.2 -- can we just refer to the
reader directly to it?
