[DCRM-L] Citing ESTC

I absolutely agree about "online", not "on-line", if we are going to
qualify. The hyphenated form is obsolete.

But I also favor more Deborah's solution of yesterday and Richard's
suggestion today--simply "ESTC" with no qualifier.
