[DCRM-L] DCRM(B) cataloging in OCLC

One more little thing to add to this discussion. As previously mentioned,
there are already many duplicate master records in OCLC (even more now that
the RLIN records have migrated over to OCLC). I encourage everyone to use
the WorldCat Duplicate Record Merge Request reporting system to ask OCLC to
merge them. The form can be found here: https://www3.oclc.org/app/bibdup/

Just remember to leave parallel language records and records for
microforms/electronic versions alone.
