[DCRM-L] Public access to SCF

In advising a faculty member *re* a couple of bib references ("Pritzel",
"Hunt"), I was looking to see whether *SCF* is available in anything other
than print and via Cataloger's Desktop; but nothing comes up on CDS. It's
not listed in the "Find Products and Services" page

I did a site search for "standard citation" and there it was at the top of
the hit list, but clicking on it brought only an empty form at

http://www.loc.gov/cds/products/product.php?productID=76

So it's o.p.? Available only to a narrow range of professional librarians
via *CD*? And therefore practically useless?
