[DCRM-L] 040 $e dcrmg will be valid in OCLC in May

Helena asked me about the above, so I checked with the OCLC MARC update folks and thought I'd fill you all in. As discussed on this list several months ago, any new code is part of OCLC's semi-annual MARC update, which inevitably includes many many details. Can't say when in May, but it's getting close!
