[DCRM-L] RDA BSR now covers DCRM(B, G, M) but has an odd 007/00 note

I'm now seeing that the end of the BSR has a section on "Supplemental
Requirements for the Digital Aspects of Format" so I don't think digital
reproductions need to be mentioned on p.35 at all.

Also, rereading the original message and poking around in documentation, it
looks like an 007/00 would be used for a microfilm reproduction of a score
but not for the original printed/manuscript score itself, similar to what
is done for books. But for graphics, the 007/00 would always be used. (I am
most definitely not a music or graphics cataloger though so please let me
know if that is not correct!).

So, maybe the easiest thing to do would be to make it: "Use for rare
graphics and for microform reproductions of rare materials."

The table header itself makes it clear enough that "rare materials" in the
BSR context means books, graphics, and notated music. And it would also
cover the manuscripts cataloged using DCRM(G) and DCRM(M). The BSR will
eventually be expanded to also include materials covered by DCRM(C) and
DCRM(MSS), once those documents are approved for use; further revisions to
the BSR will be made at that time. I think it was probably a little
premature to add DCRM(M) to the BSR last April, given that it has not been
published yet (as far as I know), but hopefully it will be available soon.
