[DCRM-L] Rare book question

I want to thank all those who hastened to answer my query.  The answer to this question is indeed a judgement call.  We have not decided yet, but we may code its "Type" as either a book since the bulk of the material is printed, or maybe as a collection, a kind of archival item. \It is being housed in the manuscript section  with a manuscripts call number.
