[DCRM-L] Discontinuation of OCLC's institutional records program

Yes, Connexion/Worldcat users can see other institution's records.
In Connexion you go to the "Cataloging" pull down menu and scroll down 
to "Show" and then "All Institution Records"

In Worldcat, when you have the bib record up, scroll down and you will 
see "More Records", there is a hyperlink for "More Record Information".
Click on that and you will see the IRs attached to the master record.
Click on yours or someone else's and you will see the IR on the screen.
