[DCRM-L] title transcription

Thanks to Jenny; I was about to point out that a few small but significant changes were made to the third printing. I'm reminded [again!] to my complete chagrin [again!] that my task of updating the base text of DCRM(B) to confirm to the most recent version of the editorial guidelines has never been finished. This means that the version in Cataloger's Desktop corresponds, I believe, with the second printing.

I have a concrete plan to rectify that, however; look for a new version by Christmas.

In the meantime, don't forget that the pdf for the third printing is freely available. You can even print out a cover color on stiffer paper, if you like.

Thanks. I have the 2007 printing; they must have added the 'm' later. So then: Breuiariu[m] Romanu[m] and probably a note about the n/u.

I received a suggestion that the "n" is an upside-down "u" and that appears to be the case, but what's really confusing me is the z-resembling contraction mark that usually indicates "-us."

I fixing the record (OCLC#699799939) for a breviary (Bohatta 62) and I'm not sure what the correct transcription is; the record was input from a card without the book in hand. The title page has what I would transcribe as:

This seems wrong. Does that construction make sense? I don't see it in any other records. Could it be a typo? I'm not sure if the list allows attachments, but I can send a photo off-list.
