[DCRM-L] 752 |e or |4?

Friends, we have been upgrading our documentation for creation of 752 fields.  Does anyone who uses 752s add |e or |4 ?  If |e, what terms do you prefer for publication/manufacture, etc.?  We would be grateful for any shared wisdom, and happy to distill everything for the list at the end.
