The BL catalogue record (copied below) says their copy has 3 engraved dedication plates and lacks plate 16, so it would seem that the copy reproduced by EEBO is in fact the Harvard copy. No call number or other marking visible in the reproduction, unfortunately.

The old EEBO interface (the yellow one) says "Copy from: British Library" on the durable link page for Wing W3057A (http://gateway.proquest.com/openurl?ctx_ver=Z39.88-2003&res_id=xri:eebo&rft_id=xri:eebo:image:106175 <http://gateway.proquest.com/openurl?ctx_ver=Z39.88-2003&res_id=xri:eebo&rft_id=xri:eebo:image:106175>) but the new interface (teal green) says "Reproduction of original in the Harvard University Library" (https://search.proquest.com/docview/2240876494/17197334 <https://search.proquest.com/docview/2240876494/17197334>)
